William Shakespeare is possibly one of if not the greatest playwrighter in English History. He started playwrighting in London in 1592 where he became quite wellknown. He helped establish the Globe theatre where he performed many of his most famous plays. His plays are split into catergories of comedy, history and tragedy. he uses very sophistacated and elequant language. Some of shakespeares top plays include: Twelfth Night, Julius Ceaser, Richard III, Macbeth, A Midsummer Nights Dream, Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet!
William Shakespeare is thought to have written his first play Henry VI in 1589. Henry VII is one of the last if not the last play shakespeare wrote in 1613. Nearly half of Shakespeare's plays were not published until 1623 which was after he died.His plays were very entertaining during the Elizabethan era however they are still enjoyed by many people today.
